"Good customer service today"

Normally my experience is very negative however, today tje young man that answered the phone was very helpful and didn't rush or express frustration. He went out of his way to check for a form. Was unable to locate but he did try and that is sometimes enough. He was also very patient as I had three queries. Well done. I myself work for NHS so I know what i am talking about.
