I had an appointment recently about my pacemaker device. This was a follow up and I would like to share that everything was absolutely fine. My device was not faulty, and it needed only to be reconnected as we moved it from the down to the first floor and we did not realize it needed re-connecting.
The visit was very successful and I was impressed how quickly it got done. Everyone I met was very nice and they treated us very professionally. We were ensured of their help if any issues happened in the future. Thank you for all your help!
