Signage for coffee dock and cage extremely inadequate. 

Walked to both and one was closed and the other had no sitting area

Dear Service user,

My name is Clare Forsythe and I am the Patient and Client Experience Manager here in the Belfast Trust.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience of the signage at Royal Victoria Hospital.

I am very sorry that you found the signage regarding lift information on the ground floor very inadequate, and the signage for the coffee dock and the café extremely inadequate. I apologise also that you had walked to both food areas and one was closed and the other had no seating area.

I am currently working on finalising site maps for the Royal Victoria Hospital and these will be available in the coming weeks for patients, service users and carers at the reception desk. I have taken onboard your feedback and will now include opening times of all food areas and seating options.
