"Total triage"

I finally got an a face to face appointment with a doctor who was very helpful and I finally felt someone was listening and I wasn’t going mad. She referred me for tests etc and since then I have not been able to see that same doctor instead referred to another doctor who really wasn’t practicing in the nature of my problem. I have since done another 2 triage appointments and got an appointment 3 weeks away with yet another doctor! Reading past reviews I and others feel that this system really isn’t working. Why can’t we just talk to someone? We see the doctor when we are unwell so you make this all so much more stressful. What makes it even more impossible is some people can not go on their phone at 8.30 or 2 pm. We work. Just like you do !
