"I was impressed by the professionalism shown by all involved"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

Attended Eye Clinic of RAH , Paisley after being referred by optician for a tear in my retina, left eye.

On arrival, was taken to a room by Staff Nurse Peter who was so kind and helpful. He was lovely and managed to calm me down as I was very anxious. Very professional. A credit to the department.

I was told to return the next day for laser treatment and again was treated so well. Waiting was minimal and staff so kind and friendly.

I was treated by Dr. Tejwani, who was very patient and informative about the procedure. He was very reassuring and I was impressed by the professionalism shown by all involved.

Thanks so muchm, you made a very distressing incident bearable.
