"Each contact left me feeling much worse"

About: Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust / Crisis resolution

(as a service user),

I have had 4 contacts with the Crisis Team recently. The first was by phone and was OK. There was due concern. We talked for a while and it helped.

The other three that followed were abysmal in my experience. Each contact left me feeling much worse. We really do not matter, and they seemingly only half pay attention. Say one thing, do another.

I feel, it would have been better had I not made contact, which really is saying something.
