Just a word of praise for the whole team, from the Receptionist to Dr Davies, for their care and attention during my visit in November 2013. I have got used to the process, over several reviews at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, but I was a little a apprehensive about having the procedure at High Wycombe Hospital. I need not have been; everyone treated me professionally, as would be expected, but with just that touch of wry humour to echo my own – an essential, as far as I’m concerned, in such a totally undignified procedure.

My sincere thanks to all of them.
