Dear izarxx65,

Thank you for sharing your story with us on Care Opinion regarding the Regional Infectious Diseases Unit at the Western General.

It was lovely to read of the care and compassion that you were shown during your admission, and that Dr Ray was able to put you at ease. I hope you are continuing to improve.

I have shared your feedback with the management team for this service so it can be shared with the team. I am sure they will be delighted to receive it.

Best wishes,

Claire

Dear izarxx65

Thank you so much for taking the time to convey your gratitude to the staff in ward 41. We strive to make our unit a welcoming friendly environment and aim to make our patients feel at ease from the minute you enter our front door. Every single one of the staff that you will have encountered during your clinic journey play an important role in delivering the best care possible to all our patients and it is lovely to hear that you felt the care and compassion shown towards you from the first point of contact with our reception staff through to your doctor, our clinic nurses and specialist nurses. I have made sure that all the staff have received your lovely comments.

Thank you once again for expressing your thanks. It is very much appreciated.

Best wishes

Linda
