"Very professional, caring and friendly"

About: Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

Attended Day Surgery unit for scheduled removal of gall bladder. Had to stay in Ward 44 overnight for BP issues. Resolved itself the next day. I would like to commend all the staff that looked after me. From the skill and professionalism of Mr. Proctor and all the theatre team, including the anaesthetists who put me at ease as I was sedated prior to the op. The Recovery Ward staff and the Ward 44 staff who looked after me overnight. Everyone was very professional, very caring, very friendly, and a credit to the NHS. Its 7 days since the op now and all is good. My thanks to you all.
