I attended Eastwood Health and Care centre's "blood and go" service. I was very nervous as it was my first time there and I always have problems giving blood.
Isabel and Jane were fantastic. They put me at ease from the word go. I didn't even feel the needle go in and the whole process was fast and stress free.
