"Dealing with my eczema"

I have eczema, it is getting on my nerves, this year is going to be fifteen years and no one help me, all I keep getting is creams and it helps a little bit, I need more than that, I need medicine or antibiotics, it's gone on long enough, it's affecting my life, it is dry, itchy, bleeding, I have to get rid of clothes, bed sheets, pillows, it affects me at work, I want to go back but I need to sort this out, that is why I gone on the sick and everything is slow, I am waiting to hear from them, all they keep asking for is a sick note.
