"My independence and safety at home"

About: Countywide Community Care Service Delivery Unit / Housing, Adaptations and Specialist Equipment

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Over the last 9 months my OT has helped me to get a stairlift so I can access the toilet & my bedroom. She has also but equipment  on the bed and checked how I can get in safely  & independently.

Equipment  was also provided  to access the toilet & a trolley downstairs. She also enabled me to see how  I would benefit  from a rise and recliner chair

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our service. We are very grateful to receive feedback which we can share with our staff.

We are very pleased to hear that the Hase (Housing, Adaptations and Specialist Equipment) occupational therapy service was able to support you with home adaptations and equipment.

On behalf of the Hase service thank you.
