I would like to compliment Claire (Nurse) and Trish (Receptionist) at Clinic H of the New Victoria Hospital Glasgow.
I had such a positive experience with Claire. She was friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and most kind. I felt so good after being in her care.
Also the next day Trish very kindly passed a message to Claire who kindly phoned me back as I had a couple of questions to ask her. Good for Trish noticing that I had tried to phone the Clinic to no avail and had noted my phone number.
Please pass my comments on to the above named.
