"Totally at ease and comfortable"

I was in Causeway Surgical 2 for my gallbladder surgery in January and I must say I was delighted with what a great experience I had.  Obviously going for any surgery is a terrifying experience but all the staff made me feel totally at ease from arriving and settling me in, explaining the procedure, putting me at ease, and the care after the surgery, it was all excellent.  The Nurses and HCA's  looking after me were fantastic, and I honestly did feel totally at ease and comfortable from entering to leaving the hospital! Thank you all very much for the care I received.
