"The most helpful group I have attended"

The Managing your emotions (DBT) group has been the most helpful group I have attended at ORB. It’s taught me things I can use every day and improve my life. I feel much more comfortable with my emotions and my life is much more manageable as a result. I have learnt multiple ways to recognise and manage my emotions and feel more balanced emotionally as a result. While I have found many of the groups at ORB useful, this one has had the most impact on my life and I highly recommend it to anyone at ORB. Thank you to Karina + Pete.
