"Incredible service Medical and Surgical SDEC"

It’s not often you get to praise a whole department these days, but I can not speak More highly of this one. From “checking in” to discharge it was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and efficient they could probably teach a few hotels how to do it. I was kept informed of what was happening the whole time and all the staff were caring and professional. This is how it is meant to be done!

I can’t for a second align with the notion that the NHS is broken when departments like these still exist.i have no doubt there are still problems in the NhS, I have experienced a few of them myself. But it’s only fair to praise the staff when they get it right, and I would wager it’s more often than not. Well done, please keep it up.
