"Care personalised and discharge supportive"

About: Great Oaks Inpatient Unit / Mulberry Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was admitted to Mulberry House North Lincolnshire, RDASH.

I had a very good experience as I was supported well when I was not feeling good with my mental health. I went to crisis team and I was offered admission on the inpatient ward 2 days later.
Over several months my care was personalised and my discharge from the ward was gradual and supportive.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us about the care and treatment you received by our services. I know that this positive feedback will be appreciated by the teams, we always strive to look at what we can do for the patients to ensure that their care is personalised and discharge is planned to work for you. Thank you again, and we wish you all the best with your recovery.
