"Treated with the upmost professionalism and kindness"

Attended for surgery and was treated with the upmost professionalism and kindness, staff could not do enough to make me comfortable and at ease.  Staff were a credit to their profession and it was fabulous to see empathy and going above and beyond remains despite difficult and testing times.

From arriving the reception, pre op and theatre staff were all fabulous, putting me at ease.  Following a General Anaesthetic offering an iced pole (seems such a small thing) but made a huge difference to my comfort and recovery.  

Nursing staff, technicians, anaesthetic staff and the surgeon took time to ensure I understood and was adequately prepared and consented.
