Very rude receptionist. Refused to book me an appointment while on the phone and was very rude about it. I was told they offer phone appointments only to elderly patients but she refused to make me an appointment before she even had my date of birth. I was given appointments when I rang before. I understand there is a system to follow but the receptionist should at least have the civility to explain this in a nice way. The Anima system is long winded and very inefficient. You are asked over 30 questions that took me 10 minutes to answer, for a simple rash. It would have been quicker if she gave me the appointment on the phone instead of arguing with me!
