"One Health - Group of people who care"

Good morning, on 21st March I had my one year check up with my surgeon following my hip replacement and he is pleased with my progress.

I just wanted to thank all at One Health for allowing me to have this operation, my life has completely changed since, having the physio just after really helped with the recovery too. I didn’t realise how limited my life had become before having my new hip and now I feel like there is nothing I can’t do. No pain in my hip at all and I’m completely mobile.

Surgeon is a fantastic surgeon and the anaesthetists on the day were very friendly and put me at ease, sadly can’t say the same for the nurses at Barlborough (I could hear them discussing me loudly in an unfriendly way I told them they had put the drip in the wrong arm after coming back to the ward after the op) but that is a small matter compared to the way I feel now.
