"Very helpful GP"

About: Jubilee Surgery

My reason for leaving the review very likely/unlikely to recommend the practice was based on how difficult it was to get an initial appointment even after explaining that blood results (not taken by the surgery) had been missed for a year that needed attention. However, every member of staff that I spoke to at reception were very helpful and did their best to get me seen by a GP. After my appointment I can only say that the GP has been amazing with sorting relevant appointments and has been in regular contact with me for an ongoing issue .

Your feedback about access to appointments and our helpful and amazing staff helps us understand what we are doing right and where we can make improvements.

We are delighted to hear of your positive experiences with our GP, receptionists, and all other supporting staff and we will ensure this is shared with our staff.

We also acknowledge access to appointments are difficult. We are working incredibly hard every day to offer as many appointments as we can, and we are continuously reviewing our ways of working to improve access and availability for appointments.

These reviews are incredibly valuable to our practice as they really do motivate the team and help others in the community learn more about our services.
