About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Had to attend a Gynaecology examination.

I can honestly say Alex and her team not only put me at ease but made sure, as a nervous patient ,that everything was thoroughly explained to me .

I cannot thank them enough for making me feel far less nervous and for being attentive and kind throughout the proceedings.

Thank you so much for your feedback. As you say Alex has a good bedside manner and really does help put people at ease and even have a giggle on occasions, many ladies come in full of anxiety but often leave much relieved that questions have been answered and if necessary a plan put in place. Reading your feedback I hope that that the procedure was not too uncomfortable for you.

I have passed on your feedback to the team and I hope you have a speedy recovery!
