Wow what an amazing service we got when I took my son to York A and E department recently. He broke his wrist playing football.

When we arrived we were sent straight to urgent care where we were greeted by a wonderful nurse Johnathon. We were taken straight through. The staff were kind, professional and extremely efficient. My son was reassured and so were we that they knew exactly what they were doing and that we were going to be looked after. Johnathon communicated with us regularly and we were never left wondering what was going on. We were home within 3 hrs. 

Amazing!

Thank you so much for the amazing care we received. Couldn’t have asked for better.
