"The nurses ease my visit always"

About: Victoria Hospital / Haematology/Oncology Day Unit

(as the patient),

Visit the Victoria hospital on a weekly basis for ongoing treatment in ward 34 haematology ward.

All nurses there are very caring and efficient in their work, I can’t find  anything other than good to say about this ward.  I feel comfortable every week I go and well cared for.

Always acknowledged when I arrive by all nurses, which makes me feel comfortable to spend next few hours there when in reality is  I don’t really want to be there, but the nurses ease my visit always.

They are worth their weight in gold.

Attending hospital regularly for treatment is never easy, and I’m glad to hear that our nurses help ease that experience for you. It’s clear from your words that they are not only skilled and efficient but also compassionate and attuned to the emotional reality of what our patients are going through.

Being welcomed, acknowledged, and made to feel comfortable especially when it’s the last place you’d like to be speaks to the power of nursing at its very best. Your phrase “they are worth their weight in gold” is one I’ll proudly share with the team. Your feedback is a reminder of the importance of the care we provide not just in clinical terms, but in human ones.
