Referred due to feeling wobbly and unsafe while walking around. Visit to assess mobility and areas of pain. Exercises given and recommendations made. Arranged for a Boxia to help with drop foot and made a return visit to fit this. Ordered a shower chair to reduce chance of a fall when bathing.

Exercise instructions could have been a bit clearer. Staff member was efficient. The experience could have been improved by there being a more proactive approach to explaining what next steps would be if there is no improvement
