Although the admin staff were fab, when we actually saw someone I found them very judgemental.

It is the holidays, my child is unwell-of course they won’t be springing up ‘like a normal school day’ and be feeling their best.

We both walked out feeling very judged and dismissed. Luckily, we got antibiotics-but just think a friendly manner and a little understanding of an unwell child would help
