Got bloods taking and eye test. Very relaxed and safe, the nurses were amazing, the play assistant was very good and helped put my daughter's mind at ease.

As the Senior Charge Nurse of the Outpatients Department, I would like to thank you for taking the time to write such wonderful feedback on your recent visit to our eye clinic and treatment room.
I am especially delighted to hear that you and your daughters experience in the treatment room was excellent and the staff created a kind and safe environment. I will personally give recognition to the team, especially the play specialists who are amazing with our patients.
