(as a relative),

My wife was in severe pain at 6am in the morning, and due to prompt attention by team in A&E was diagnosed with I cecal volvulus . Was operated on same day . I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the various care people in A&E, 5c and 4c at Raigmore.

Thank you very much for your lovely post following your wife's Emergency Department attendance, and subsequent admission for surgery.

I am delighted to hear that she received such good care from all staff within the Emergency Department and Wards 5C and 4C.

It is always a pleasure to receive such kind comments and to know that staff at NHS Highland are appreciated both for their dedication and care towards patients.

I have forwarded your feedback to all the areas mentioned and asked that managers share this with all the staff involved in your wife's care.
