"So straightforward and staff were lovely"

My GP contacted Urgent Care for repeat bloods for my son as his white cells were extremely low and she wanted us to have results on the day. I got a call from urgent care within half an hour for an appointment an hour later. I attended with my son, we were seen almost immediately. A doctor told us to go and have some food and results would be back when we got back. We waited maybe an hour and half. Results back, seen by doctor. Thankfully all was well. But it was all so straightforward and staff were lovely.
