"Wonderful, old fashioned care."

I had to visit the Chard UTC at a weekend and was absolutely delighted with the care. All the staff were kind, patient and very knowledgeable. They gave me all the time I needed, listened well and really helped.

This is how the NHS used to be ~ patient centred. It is a little miracle to still find this level of service, alive and well in 2025. My deepest gratitude to the lovely staff.
