Admitted to mau zone 2 approx 9.30 10.00 pm welcomed with a cup of tea / sandwich and a pair of safety socks, to prevent slippage in the night & shown to room 28. blood pressure was taken through the night by anounced staff names. i was introduced, next day to a nurse who was responsible for my care and i was impressed by the moving trollies, with b p equipment and a large screen with all my details on and progress so far. i could ask them anything.
the quality of the food was good, menu explained and there it was excellent also the hot drinks were regular. also constant thorough cleaning took place through out the day.
a great big thank you to night / daytime staff at mau zone 2 if only a few more of us public could say "thank you" for the hard work you all do.
finally i met a member of staff from cardiology, who reviewed my health explained follow up attendance care as an outpatient in the clinic and then quickly completed my discharge letter and i just waited for my medication explained fully by my nurse,
again many many thanks mau zone 2 from patient nhs no 4560109877 duration of stay 3rd april- 5th april 2025.
