"Staff were great with dealing with the situation"

About: Great Oaks Inpatient Unit / Mulberry Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Was under a section 3 at Great Oaks. I had an incident on the ward and staff were great with dealing with the situation, taking me to A&E where I was then referred onwards. Transport was arranged to take me; on appointment this was not arranged, but staff corrected this and I went later in the day.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback, we are glad that the staff supported you with further treatment where you needed to attend the emergency department. We will feed this back to the team.
