My annual PSA check. Booked a few weeks ago. Appointment was on time with Angela (pleasant lady), her demeanor puts you are ease.
Knew exactly why I was there, and confirmed that with me along with my details. As a phlebotomist you'd expect her to be excellent at taking blood. Despite me not being a giver, Angela always finds that vain and I rarely feel that needle. I'll be back!
