"Remained professional throughout"

My Dad has asked that I leave a wee review about the care he received whilst in AAU recently.  Everyone from the domestics to the doctors were just amazing and my Dad is so appreciative.  He would like to mention in particular, Staff Nurse Kelly and Health Care Support Shona who were on nightshift. These girls took a lot of verbal abuse from another patient and remained professional throughout, they were spat at and my Dad said the verbal abuse they received was nothing short of disgusting. But as mentioned before, both Kelly and Shona remained professional and throughout.
