"So good to be able to talk to someone"

About: Neurodiversity Services / Rotherham ADHD team

(as the patient),

It was so good to be able to talk to someone and not feel too rushed. A real conversation. It made me realise how rare it is to talk to someone about my ADHD, and how I’m feeling.

Hi I am Jo the manager for the Team. Firstly thank you for taking the time to complete the care opinion form. It is always a real pleasure to read positive feedback from patients involved with our service. As a team we are constantly reviewing our practices when it comes to patient care delivery. We know that your patient journey with our team can at times be quite emotional for patients. Due to this as a team we recognise that an empathic, supportive approach is needed to guide our patients on their journey.
