While the hospital is clearly at maximum capacity, my elderly mother was treated with huge care and respect by the nursing staff, particularly in the Acute Medical Unit, where, despite being on a trolley in the corridor they were completely on top of her requirements and they treated her with respect and humour. I could not praise them more highly.
