"Mixed feelings"

Had some great experiences at this doctors surgery,my last appointment with the nurse was great, such an asset to them. Was awaiting a call from pharmacy today to review meds for blood pressure. I'm a night shift worker so stayed awake till. 1300hr, call should have been at 1210 as need meds sorting, no call, no missed calls on my phone so none received, I tried to ring surgery 10 times within that hr, my phone did not connect but I called other numbers connection no probs so? I'm prob mardy as I've been awake awaiting call but surely this isn't good practice. I do see what the other reviews mean when you go in the receptionists have a thing were you are kinda ignored while it's decided the wait is sufficient, experience this at other surgeries too. Doctors are fantastic, nurses are great. Just this day hasn't been good.
