Doctor assessment and treatment very thorough and professional, with excellent explanations in clear language. Referral to specialist much appreciated.

Telephone booking worked like a dream. At 08.03hrs I was no 9 in the queue. I opted to be called back and this was speedy. On connection and pick up of my request, Care navigator asked relevant questions and offered a morning appointment. Faultless. After years as a patient here , I never want to go elsewhere

Dear Ruth,

Many thanks for taking the time to share your positive experiences at our practice. The telephone call back feature is something we have introduced recently to avoid patients having to wait too long on the phone so this gives you the option of being called back when you are next in the queue which is proving very popular.
