(as a service user),

I'd never been to the clinic before and i approached with horrendous anxiety having built up the situation massively in my own head.

Luckily i got to see Harriet who was eternally kind, patient, empathetic and non judgemental. She completely reassured me, so much so that by the time I left, i was able to breathe again and I felt like an enormous weight had been lifted off my shoulders, even before receiving any results.

I felt that if I'd received any positive results, i could have coped anyway from Harriet's advice and reassurance. Fortunately all test results were clear. Ill forever be grateful for my experience with Harriet as she stopped my crazy anxiety and that was pretty life changing.

Thank you so much for this lovely feedback. We are very pleased you were happy with your experience in clinic. Our nurses like to be helpful and friendly so it's good to know they were. I will pass this onto the Team.
