(as a service user),

Since coming down to the Rapid Response Hub, I have improved with the care and attention that I have received from all members of staff. They are all attentive and very pleasant. 

I am always greeted with a smile and no matter what I need they see to me and go above and beyond their duty to make sure all my needs are met.

I am thankful for all they do for me.

Hello, my name is Angela Mc Daid and I am one of the staff nurses within the Rapid Response Team.
