"Would like to thank the wonderful staff"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / New Forest

(as a service user),

I came here after I realised I was drinking too much alcohol. The staff helped me realise I was drinking for the wrong reasons. My family were also upset and concerned about the amount of alcohol I was consuming.

We talked about a lot of things and I started to realise that aclohol was not the answer.

I'm not saying it was easy but the help I received here at inclusion was great.

I received counselling and now I'm free and happy. I sleep better and so many people comment on how well I look.

I don't miss alcohol one bit and would like to thank the wonderful staff at Inclusion for all their help.
