About: Grove House Practice

Asked for my medical records to be released to my insurance as part of my mortgage application - still waiting after 40 days - have phoned 4 times and still getting nothing - one time the receptionist told me it was not NHS related so it will take as long as it takes - the standard time response should be 28 days - and if they need to extend this time they must contact me - heard nothing - this is a formal complaint as it’s been over 40 days
