"Don’t be late for your appointment you won’t get…"

I waited over 30 minutes to be seen at my last appointment and I did not complain, I understand that sometimes it happens. Today I was stuck in traffic and was 5 mins late and they refused to see me. The waiting room was empty and no patients were waiting.

I now have to wait 24 hours and go through the rigmarole of making an appointment again. I wonder how many NHS appointments are wasted by this new rule from the new partners here.
