(as a relative),

My husband had a very scary turn and I rang 999. Neil was excellent on the call and gave us great confidence that we would be looked after. 90 minutes later Katie the paramedic arrived and my husband was thoroughly checked over. Katie explained everything so clearly, gave him her full attention, was reassuring, and obviously knew what she was doing. Katie clearly loves her job and she is excellent: professional and friendly. She made a real difference and we owe her our heartfelt thanks
