"Not great Lean View Surgery "

About: Leen View Surgery

Went down for a booked blood pressure test, when I went to sign in there was a notice on an A4 notice on an A frame saying if you're here for a nurse you don't need to sign in as you'll just be called through. I stupidly took a seat and waited. 15 minutes after my appointment time I went to see when I'd be called in only to be told you didn't sign in. My reply was well the sign said I don't need to, what I didn't see was the other A4 paper saying morning's only. So I missed my appointment even though I was there 16 minutes early. Why is the sign even left out.

And as a suggestion you should have the writing all on one piece of paper. I didn't have my glasses with me and only read the sheet I happened to look at.

Dear Patient

Thank you for your feedback. My name is Debra Juett and I am the practice Manager at Leen View Surgery. I am sorry that there was some confusion when you attended your appointment at the surgery. I am going to take a look at the notice boards in the waiting area to prevent the confusion caused from happening again and make the signs a little clearer. If you want to speak to me further please contact the surgery on 0115 9771181 and I will happily speak to you.

Kind regards

Debbie
