To who it may concern,
I recently spent three days in this most efficient, amazing hospital due to me under going a total knee replacement.
I wish it to be known, that every member of the Staff in orthopaedics department should indeed be commended for their care and efficiency in every area, nothing was too much trouble for them, they are an absolute credit to the NHS.
As for Mr Joshi and his excellent team, from the minute I arrived in their capable hands, I was assured, they would go that extra mile to ensure my experience was a positive one. The first time I met Mr. Joshi, was indeed an eye opener, his calming and caring mannerism and professional attitude towards every patient is exemplary.
He treats every patient equally, with the utmost respect and ensures they are put at ease. He exceeds all that is expected from him. In addition to the above, I must add, The NHS is indeed so very fortunate to have such a exceptional man working for them. Everyone you speak to ,speaks so very highly of him.
I firmly believe, the "Lord" leaves angels down hear to help us in our time of need, Mr. Joshie and his team are unique special people, maybe they don’t have wings, but they certainly deserve the label of angels.
Could these comments be passed on to those concerned please. and a personal thank you to the team for allowing me to wear my cross, which had been around my neck for over fifty years, since losing my baby girl.
My Kindest regards
"my experience following a knee replacement operation"
