"Good experience at our appointment"

About: Countywide Community Care Service Delivery Unit / Bladder and Bowel Health

(as a carer),

I took my husband who has Alzheimer’s to an appointment with a nurse for bladder/bowel problems.

She was very good at speaking to him even if I answered for him. Best of all we learned a lot of facts that I was unaware of with regards to the health of the bladder and things to eat and drink to encourage a healthier one.

We were sent away with an excellent booklet called bladder and bowel advise for adults which will be good to dip in and out with questions and answers. The final thing the nurse did was an ultrasound of his bladder which was very reassuring.

Thank you Adquash1 for your feedback regarding your husband's appointment with our Team.

It is lovely to hear your view on your experience with our team and we are pleased to hear there was good communication and you found our Bladder and Bowel booklet excellent. We are also pleased the ultrasound of the bladder was reassuring. We will pass your lovely feedback on to the nurse and to the rest of our team.

Thank you very much

Kind Regards
