"Conversation based, without endless forms"

About: Neurodiversity Services / North Lincolnshire ADHD team

(as a service user),

Previously multiple cancelled meeting dates without prior notification - cancelled by service.

This ADHD Assessment meeting went ahead via teams - very convenient for me.

Assessor, Amanda, was very good, explained process and further steps very well. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease through-out. I was concerned about next steps and expectations based on the outcome, which again, she spoke to me in great detail about and made me feel confident that i had the knowledge i needed to make informed decisions.

The process itself, was simple and easy to manage. Conversation based, without endless forms.

Hi I am Jo the manager for the Team. Firstly thank you for taking the time to complete the care opinion form regarding your recent appointment with the team. It is always a pleasure to read positive feedback from patients. I will be sure to pass on your lovely feedback to Amanda who I know will be delighted to receive it. As a team we are always reviewing our interactions with patients making sure they are supportive and empathic as the nurses are aware this can be quite an emotive journey at times, in regard to your personal diagnosis and treatment.
