I spent 8 days on ward 28 from 1st march, suffering a fractured hip which required a total hip replacement. I experienced the nhs at it's absolute best. Only 20 minutes wait for an ambulance, a and e looked after me beautifully keeping me fully informed all the way . Once on the ward the care and concern shown to me was second to none. All the staff, cleaners, catering , nursing staff and surgical team were wonderful. As I said this was the nhs at it's absolute best, bri should be very proud of it's service and I can't thank them enough
"Great experience "
