I have been with the surgery for nearly 2 years and in this time I have had a lot of medical issues going on and have required there assistance on far too many occasions, recently a procedure got cancelled at our hospital I was distressed and worried as I had no plan B I rang the surgery and within minutes they had arranged an appointment to speak with a Dr and we navigated the weekend this was then followed up with a call from my gp the following week and a plan was put in place until procedure was re booked.

The kindness that every member of staff shows is unremarkable from the ladies that answer the phone to the nurses to the Drs who are overwhelmed with demands to the outstanding secretary’s.

These last 12 months have been a minefield but Richmond Surgery have navigated with us which has been a massive comfort.

No amount of words will ever be enough for all there support.
